These terms apply to purchases made from The Party Studio in-store, online or through social media. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and stock information are accurate. However, colours, prints, shades and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you to offer:

• A suitable alternative;
• A refund for the unavailable item; or
• Another agreed option.

Minor substitutions may occasionally be made to ribbon, balloon weights, accessories or printed balloon designs, provided the overall colour scheme, theme and value of the order remain similar.

Please tell us when ordering if you do not wish to receive substitutions.

Click & Collect orders are ready within 24 hours, subject to stock and staff availability.

Personalised balloons, large balloon arrangements and bespoke products may require additional preparation time.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Orders can only be collected during our opening hours or at another time agreed in advance with The Party Studio.

During busy seasonal periods, severe weather or circumstances outside our control, collection times may be affected. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is a delay.

Balloon floating times are approximate and depend on temperature, storage, transportation and handling.

• Latex balloons: Approximately 12-14 hours. These should normally be collected on the day of the event unless balloon treatment has been added.
• Foil balloons: Approximately 3-4 days when kept at room temperature.
• Bubble balloons: Approximately 3-4 weeks when stored and handled correctly.

Foil balloons may expand in heat and contract in colder temperatures. This can make them appear overinflated or slightly deflated.

Floating times are estimates and may vary depending on environmental conditions.

Balloons are decorative products and must be handled carefully. Please keep balloons away from:

• Sharp objects and rough surfaces;
• Open flames and heaters;
• Direct sunlight;
• Extreme heat or cold; and
• Pets and unsupervised young children.

Balloons should not be left inside a hot or cold vehicle.

Once balloons have been collected, The Party Studio cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by mishandling, accidental damage, unsuitable storage, extreme temperatures or contact with sharp or rough surfaces.

We inspect inflated balloons before collection. Customers should check their order when collecting it and notify us immediately if there is a visible issue.

Where a balloon is faulty or has been damaged by us during preparation, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in line with your statutory rights.

We may ask for photographs, proof of purchase or the return of the damaged item.

We cannot offer a refund or replacement where a balloon has exceeded its expected floating time or has been damaged after collection through mishandling or unsuitable storage.

Personalised and made-to-order products include:

• Personalised balloons;
• Balloon bouquets and number stacks;
• Custom vinyl products;
• Cake toppers;
• Party boxes; and
• Bespoke balloon arrangements or event decor.

Customers are responsible for checking all names, ages, dates, spelling, colours and personalisation details before submitting an order.

We cannot accept responsibility for errors based on incorrect information provided by the customer.

Personalised, inflated or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged or refunded once preparation has begun unless they are faulty, misdescribed or do not match the agreed order.

Please contact The Party Studio as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will try to accommodate changes where preparation has not yet started. Additional charges may apply where materials have already been purchased or prepared.

Personalised, inflated or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled once work has begun.

For items purchased in-store, we do not normally offer refunds or exchanges where a customer has simply changed their mind.

Eligible non-personalised products purchased online may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer law. Items must be unused, unopened where appropriate and in a resaleable condition.

Personalised, customised, inflated and made-to-order products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Printed balloon designs, colours and patterns may vary depending on availability.

Individual balloons within a bouquet may not have identical prints. We will select balloons that suit the occasion, age, theme or colour scheme chosen.

Specific print and colour requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by The Party Studio.

Small differences in balloon shades, ribbon, weights and arrangement layout are not considered faults where the finished order remains consistent with the agreed design.

Promotional prices, discount codes and special offers may be available for a limited time and may apply online only or in-store only.

If a pricing error is identified before your order is processed, we will contact you. You may continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a refund.

The Party Studio may update these terms when necessary. Any changes will apply from the date they are published and will not affect orders already accepted.
